These are our unfinished open tread designed stairs. Perfect for an area that has natural sunlight giving the space a well balanced modern look. These concrete component can be tiled, laminated even carpeted. The final finish is entirely up to the client.

VANDERBIJILPARK – RESIDENTIAL

This project was a roof removal. The client wanted to keep the ceilings from his single story home but wanted to go double story. The roof was removed, the trusses were reinforced and the load bearing walls were built up past the level of the trusses.

HOLLOW CORE

The new Hollow Core Slab, 160mm deep and 600mm wide, can span up top lengths of 7200 without additional support. Erected with our mobile and truck mounted cranes, we manage projects of all sizes. Hollow Core Slabs are all about speed and efficiency and can be built off the very next day.
